Trash outside of office

Last week our Black Bins were missed for pickup. It was the same day the city collected the black bins. Because our black bins were not empty, they were not collected by the city crew. We need our black bins emptied and removed.

Maroon truck with flatbed parked in front of our house for 5 days. Another white truck and flatbed parked across the street for the same time.

In picking up our neighbors trash can a greens can got knocked over. Because of that, he forgot to empty our trash can and just moved up the street.
