There is a group of homeless individuals who have been sleeping on the grass between Upas St and Balboa Drive for the last two weeks.

Is this a city park? The sign says it should be open and it’s closed. It’s 6:30pm and the sunset is at 7:30pm.

Every day at about 6 PM a group of dog owners illegally let their dogs off leash in the Park Row circle. While walking on the sidewalk across from this circle, my dog and I have been confronted multiple times by one or more of the dogs that have been off-leash. I have tried multiple times to tell them that this is not an off-leash dog area, but they continue to do this.

This Jet Ski has been parked in the same location on the public street for an extended period of time and appears to be stored there rather than temporarily parked. It has remained in this location for months, taking up valuable street parking for surrounding residents. Please have Parking Enforcement investigate whether it is in compliance with the City’s parking regulations.
