One trash can not collected

Homeless encampment with open drug use and selling of drugs. I saw the exchange of cash and drugs. She is frequently yelling loudly throughout the day.

Every night after dinner I take my family with my toddler and newborn on a walk down Archer st. Within the 5 minutes it takes me to get to the intersection of Archer and Dawes, there seems to be an excessive amount of people running stop signs or not even slowing down at all. Additionally from Archer and Cass, the problem is worse. There is ZERO ENFORCEMENT. I have never once seen an officer anywhere near these intersections. A baby was just taken from its family. Stop this.

Multiple Individuals are loitering beside and in front of Park Blvd Express on Market Street. Requesting assistance with removing them.
