A private dumpster has been placed in the public right of way in the alley behind our property at 1034 Wilbur Avenue, as a permanent measure to provide trash service for the residents. The dumpster is not only illegal in that location but it creates a hazard for a vehicle collision. Please ask landlord to remove and provide trash accommodations for his tenants.

Broken phone/cable post/box next to sidewalk. Dangerous for walkers and animals.

There is a growing encampment behind the dumpster at the end of the alley between 38th and 39th Street. They are constantly shouting and cussing and screaming in the alley.

This vehicle has been parked here for over 5 weeks.
