RV trailer parked overnight

 Street light out

Parked incorrectly, has been there for over 3 months . Dumps sewage, trash everywhere. Lives in it with two kids under 12 and two dogs who he leaves in there all day long everyday. He yells harasses/threatens people when they walk by, which several people have reported. He will fight with other people so that he can park his car in front of it, often threatening them with violence. And his kids harass/follow people down the street as well

The car has been parked without moving for close to a year. It's covered and seems not to be in running condition.

The street light next to 8949 Capcano Road, San Diego, CA 92126 is out. Our neighborhood respectfully respects the repair of it so that we may have light at night. It is a safety issue without a working light in this location as it is extremely dark and we can hardly see the way when walking on our street in the evenings. Thank you in advance! Have a nice day!
