- Description
- 4200-4400 block of Collwood Blvd.; at least one unhoused individual is constantly there throughout the day with belongings in carts and scattered across residential landscaping; usually an additional individual who shows up in the vicinity in the evening who may possibly be parking along the street and sleeping in their vehicle overnight (it's a heavily shaded area, but I usually see a man standing on the sidewalk next to the car with a car door open when I return home from work, which is anywhere between 5:30p and 8:30p); sometimes see unattended bags of belongings at different locations in the 4200-4400 block area at all hours of the day; a residential community in this area has multiple pools with restrooms and has had issues with unhoused individuals sneaking into the gated pool/restroom, areas to use the facilities; occasionally, unhoused individuals have slept in residential doorways; this current collection of individuals appeared 3-4 weeks ago.
