- Description
- A private dumpster has been placed in the public right of way in the alley behind our property at 1034 Wilbur Avenue, as a permanent measure to provide trash service for the residents. The dumpster is not only illegal in that location but it creates a hazard for a vehicle collision. Please ask landlord to remove and provide trash accommodations for his tenants.
