Cal Lic. #3BIF983 For over three years this RV and others like it, sit legally unmoved (>.10 mi). SDPD are systemically noticed of permissive blight: illegal camping in no camp zone, SDPD continue to allow the public nuisance of illegal car sales, commercial washing, junkyards on private property encroach on public ROW. Dozens of illegally inoperative stored vans, Cadillacs, mustangs, commercial trailers blight homes. Dealers show up with jumpers to circulate inoperative cars 100 feet.
