Missed Collection

Timely reporting of missed collections (no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day following the scheduled collection day) is required to receive a return collection service. In compliance with City regulations, return collection may not be provided if the container was not placed at the designated collection point prior to 6:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day, or if the report of the missed collection is made after 5:00 p.m. on the day following the scheduled collection day.
