- A man, and now his companion, have set up camp in the 31st St Canyon at the end of Ivy between Ivy St and Hawthorn. The 1st man has set up several camps and they are removed and he just replaces his setup. A 2nd person has moved in just above him in the fallen trees in a little cave under the outcroppings. Both leave cigarettes and burn candles and campfires at night. This has been ongoing for months. SDPD has removed the camps but they just come back again. Please keep removing them and especially keep them from lighting fires.
