- Parked incorrectly, has been there for over 3 months . Dumps sewage, trash everywhere. Lives in it with two kids under 12 and two dogs who he leaves in there all day long everyday. He yells harasses/threatens people when they walk by, which several people have reported. He will fight with other people so that he can park his car in front of it, often threatening them with violence. And his kids harass/follow people down the street as well
