- There’s a power line that runs through a large cluster of palm trees outside my house. A couple of years ago SDG&E put a protector around the lines so that when they rub on the trees, it won’t damage the lines. However, the protector is now damaged and the lines are in danger of being damaged by the trees. Please see photo for what I mean. The tree belongs to the city.
