7700 Goode st has encroachment of weeds into the path of the side walk. Up and down the street. It forced pedestrians to walk in the street on a blind corner.

Our green bin was not emptied yesterday, 3/23/26 on our normal day.

Vehicle has been illegally parked at 1165 Atwater for over 3 weeks. Rear driver side flat tire. Debris, Cobwebs, Lawn/Grass buildup under and on vehicle.Owner not located at houses on Atwater. Debris is backing up under car could cause drainage issues due to possible rain. Car should be towed for 72 hour street code Violation.
