Homeless guy is scaring people on the boardwalk. He is camped out in front of the old Glazed coffee shop. He has blonde hair and is wearing all black.

This encampment in between the marsh and bike path had been here for weeks and reported multiple times. You can smell the alcohol and human feces from many feet away. You can also hear them yelling all night.

Vehicle is stored for weeks on time without owner moving.

Drug Activity: Request relocation

houses 6225 and 6209 on Rose St. have been blocking off parking spaces with their trash cans (on non trash days) for months on end. This is a public parking street and other residents are forced to park on other streets because of this.
