Vehicle previously reported in reports 05554542, 05597708, 05554542, vehicle stays park on street for months. is always parked on either Leland st or worden st East of Bob st vehicle is a danger it’s oversized and make pulling out of driveways blind it is currently parked on Leland has been in the same place for over 2 weeks making driveway blind to pull out, very dangerous on this highly traffic road that people persistently speed on. This vehicle is going to cause an accident it’s only a matter of time. Vehicle Owner refuses to move ignoring numerous warnings and tickets. This person believes the laws don’t apply and continues to park in same place. Something needs to be done

Trash pick up was missed

Vegetation is growing over on sidewalks as well as onto our property. There are dead leaves and foliage everywhere posing a fire hazard. The dead leaves are on their roof and on sidewalks, driveways, and falling daily onto our property. The palm trees are filled with dead palms. The backyard is filthy and disgusting as well. There are rats seen climbing in his trees and onto the shared fence. The owner has ignored his property for over 4 years and it is affecting the adjacent homes. Several neighbors have tried contacting him and he ignores all our requests. It is time to get serious and fine him.

this motorhome has been parked on the corner for more than a week. it was sited by parking enforcement on 3/19/26 in the morning with a pink notice on the windshield. we came back on Monday 3/22/26 and the notice was gone and the motorhome unmoved.
