SDPD are systemically noticed of permissive blight: illegal camping in no camp zone, SDPD continue to allow the public nuisance of illegal car sales, commercial washing, junkyards on private property encroach on public ROW. Dozens of illegally inoperative stored vans, Cadillacs, mustangs, commercial trailers blight homes. Dealers show up with jumpers to circulate inoperative cars 100 feet.

Transportation: It is completely unacceptable to close a bike lane on a 35+ mph road with no detour. Contravenes the city's own white book manual. 2 car lanes and 1 parking lane were left open. Use one of those to create a temporary bike lane with cones. Forcing bikes into high speed car traffic is deadly. City doesn't need another lawsuit and we don't need another grieving family.
