He was arrested 3 weeks ago, now he's back and even worse. He's drinking alcohol as people and kids walk by. I walk the park everyday and appreciate what the police are doing, but this guy is cussing and bothering kids. Sitting around all day attracting other homeless. He's property is getting larger. The people i see walking around the park also brings it to my attention. He's becoming extremely comfortable here and needs to move on.
