- There are several homeless people gathering throughout the day and night. They have pooped behind our gate twice. Urinated all over our trash cans. They tried to steal the neighbors dumpsters and they are leaving a lot of trash in the far back corner of the North Park Library which is diagonal from our back gates. On Saturday night I walked out to one shining a flashlight into my car and my dog chased after him. He jumped on his bike and rode away. I saw him the next morning with the other people sharing food. The stuff they are gathering seems to be growing. I am too scared to take pictures of them. (Back corner of CVS parking lot-corner of North Park Way & Herman Ave)
