Description
The traffic signal for vehicles traveling on Washington Street appears to be malfunctioning. Instead of displaying green, the signal goes completely dark and then abruptly returns to red. Signals for First Avenue traffic appear to operate normally. This is creating a traffic hazard, as some motorists are accelerating through the intersection in response to the abrupt signal change. Please inspect and repair the signal as soon as possible.
