Description
Transportation: Again, this time on Harbor Dr. It is once again completely unacceptable to close a bike lane on a 35+ mph road with no detour. Contravenes the city's own white book manual. 2 car lanes were left open. Use one of those to create a temporary bike lane with cones. Forcing bikes into high speed car traffic is deadly. City doesn't need a lawsuit and we don't need another grieving family.
