- Description
- Sewer manhole cover has been damaged and is loose in it's mounting ring. Thhey were out a couple weeks ago to clean the slue in the alley, and I thought maybe they had not re-installed the cover correctly. I noticed pieces of concrete broken around the ring and the cover tilts and wobbles in the mounting ring. When cars drive over it, it makes a very loud "clang" sound and I'm afraid it might one day soon simply fall through. It's gotten worse everyday for the last week
